Our Full Investment
Invested Banker to the Consumer Industry

We're Invested in Our Clients

There may be no single validation for the way we work with our clients than their decision to work with us on multiple deals. We see each engagement not as an opportunity to create a single, successful transaction, but as the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship. This perspective creates the kind of collegial atmosphere that benefits our clients who reward us by returning again and again. To see a full list of our repeat clients please click here .

We're Invested in Our People

As “invested bankers” we not only invest our energy, expertise and passion in our clients, but, importantly, in each other. Each one of us knows we are at our best when we work as a team–from our many employees who have been with us for a decade or more, to our newest hires and interns. Not only is each of us “all in” but we are “all in” for each other. You can see it in our yearly Sawaya Team triathalon results. You can feel it in our celebrations and gatherings. Our clients feel it every day in our conference rooms and in our halls. Our name, Sawaya Partners, is a conscious expression of our culture of teamwork.

We're Invested In Our Community

Both through our company-wide efforts and through the passionate engagement of our individual employees, Sawaya Partners is committed to investing in our immediate community and the broader world. Whether raising money for the Leukemia Lymphoma society as a firm, or individually involving ourselves in programs such as The Ronald McDonald House or Breakthrough New York, our “invested banking” extends beyond our walls. As founder of The Helen Sawaya Fund, we are supporting the reframing of clinical treatments for cancer by incorporating complementary therapies and emotional support for both patients and their families. We do not consider our efforts “acts of charity,” but rather our responsibility and our great privilege.

We're Invested In Our Industry

Being truly invested in each of our client’s businesses requires an ongoing investment in, and commitment to, the industries in which they operate. Whether sharing our thoughts (and listening to others)  at conference and forum presentations, hosting trade show dinners, attending high level conferences or constantly reading and writing thought leadership white papers, we make sure we are fully engaged in those areas of the markets that most interest and affect our clients. It’s the best way we know to ensure that the time and effort we invest reaps the greatest possible returns for those who put their trust in us.

“Beyond their impressive track record, success rate, expertise and creativity, this is also a group of really good people. Just good human beings. That counts for a lot.”
