November 6, 2007 — STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford, CT based Olympus Partners is pleased to announce that Homax Group Inc., a portfolio company, has acquired Black Flag Brands LLC. One of the longest, continuously marketed consumer brands in the United States, Black Flag Brands manufactures and markets more than 30 different insect control products in the United States and throughout the Caribbean under the brand names: Black Flag(R), Roach Motel(R), Fly Motel(R), and Yellow Jacket Motel(R).
